II.TERM & TERMINATION
- This Agreement will remain in full force and effect until terminated for using the platform or purchasing the products in any form or capacity. Provided, we have the right to immediately terminate your access or usage and remove non-compliant information or material, in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions or our privacy policy
- The User shall be obligated to clear any dues with us for any of its Services which you have procured. YES Germany shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.
I hereby authorize and consent to Yes Germany, either directly or through any third-party service provider, to send me from time to time various information, alerts, SMS messages, other communications, or calls of a commercial nature on the listed telephone numbers. This applies regardless of whether these numbers are registered with the National Do Not Call Registry or listed in the National Customer Preference Register.
I also confirm that I will not hold Yes Germany or its third-party service provider liable for, nor will I institute a complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations, 2010, or any applicable amendments, in relation to receiving such messages or calls.

PAYMENT TERMS / REFUND POLICY:
c1. In Case you have opted for the Basic Package –(Private Universities Only)
- This package is strictly for admissions to private universities.
- 100% refund will be provided if the student does not receive an admission offer.
2. In Case you have opted Standard Package (No Guarantee Admission)
- This is a non-guaranteed admission package for public universities.
- It includes all application charges (Fees, courier charges, etc.)
- As admission is not guaranteed, no refund will be applicable.
3. In Case you have opted Elite Package (Admission + Visa Support – Mix Category)
- A 100% refund will be provided if the student does not receive admission from any of the 10 listed universities (including private institutions).
- In cases where a student secures admission but the visa is rejected, we will offer a 50% refund of the total package cost.
- If admission is rejected due to the student not fulfilling university conditions, the application will be deferred to the next intake (no refund).
4(A). In Case you have opted Elite Package (Admission + Visa Support – Public Category)
- A 100% refund will be provided if the student does not receive admission from any of the 10 listed universities (including private institutions).
- In cases where a student secures admission but the visa is rejected, we will offer a 50% refund of the total package cost.
- If admission is rejected due to the student not fulfilling university conditions, the application will be deferred to the next intake (no refund).
4(B). Premium Plus Package
- 75% refund if the candidate does not receive admission from any of the 10 selected public universities in 2 intakes
- If admission is secured but the visa is rejected (after 2 attempts), YG will provide a 50% refund of the package cost.
5. Visa Rejection Policy
- For Basic & Standard packages, in cases where a student secures admission but the visa is rejected, a 100% refund of visa charges (₹30K).
- If admission is secured but the visa is rejected (after 2 attempts), YG will provide a 50% refund of the package cost.
- Refund requests must be sent to studentsuccess@yesgermany.com within 15 days of visa rejection.
If you have opted for option 2 to pay through EMI
- EMI/loan is a separate agreement with the provider and not linked to YG.
- Refunds, if applicable, won’t cancel your loan agreement and obligation to pay EMI. You must contact the provider for cancellation.
- Admin, processing, platform, and loan charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be based on the actual amount received by YG, excluding taxes and non-refundable charges.
NOTE: If YG repudiates the service agreement owing to failure on the part of the candidate, either to furnish/upload soft copies of the requisite documents or payment of registration fee or both, as the case may be, the registration amount already paid by the candidate shall be forfeited by YG and the candidate shall have no right to claim refund of the same.Cate
User Data Deletion Policy
If you have used our website, submitted a lead form, or interacted with our ads and wish to delete your personal data, please send an email to info@yesgermany.com with the subject line “Delete My Data“.
Please include your full name, email address, and contact number so that we can verify your request. All associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 working days of verification.
